You’ll bring with you a
wealth of know-how from the wider world of recruitment or possess
knowledge of recruiting for specialist market sectors (Accountancy,
Legal etc). You will have the talent to make an impact from day
one.
You will have one or two years
work experience under your belt and be ready to make the move into
the recruitment industry. You will have experience of sales or
work in a service related field, together with the ability to demonstrate
the sort of performance that makes you stand out as a top performer.
