provide a clear audit trail regarding the
steps/processes undertaken to source/screen and assess candidates on their
behalf. We have consistently proven that we do deliver and currently place
between 1:2 and 1:3 candidates interviewed (depending on the level of input
from clients regarding job specification and timescales). We mention
timescales because candidates have more choice regarding jobs and will no
longer wait 3-6 months for a job offer! |
