Company Background
The purpose of creating Recruitment Moves was to enable clients and candidates to clearly identify us as a provider of permanent recruitment services.

We are recognised as an organisation committed to delivering a quality recruitment package and this is reflected in the testimonials provided.

Recruitment Moves will continue to build on our strong foundations, offering services, which will go beyond the norm offered by many of our competitors. We have already committed to the ongoing training and development of our Consultants and can proudly boast that we DO have more industry consultants qualified by examination in the UK. It is only by this investment that we can deliver against candidate and client expectations.

In a candidate driven market it is key that what we say, we do. If we feel we are able to proactively support a candidate in their job search we will do so as long as we can both agree to commit to the process. We are bound by law and our professional codes of practice to fully understand career requirements, how existing skills/past experience can be utilised in alternate or similar job roles, what remuneration expectations are and where the candidate views their career evolving in the future. We look at the long term rather than short term as a client’s biggest investment is in its best people and we hope to provide only the best people for the roles on offer.

Our clients range from PLC's to SME's. But, regardless of size, the excellent relationship we build with them is a common factor. We can play an integral role within your team, employing our expertise and experience to consult and advise on your overall recruitment strategy. Whether it’s a recruitment drive to raise your organisation’s profile and brand awareness or a smaller single vacancy exercise, we’ll design a bespoke solution for you.

We understand the importance of highly trained, highly committed staff – both within your business and ours – so you can rest assured that all our consultants are qualified and skilled specialists who will work with you to quickly gain an in-depth understanding of the specific requirements of your particular industry.

And the candidates we propose are just as qualified. This confidence is reflected in our 3:1 ratio – for every three candidates interviewed, our performance statistics show that you will offer the position to one of the selected candidates. This ratio is way above the industry standard –(1:7) and we’re very proud of that.
