I am writing to you with regard to the partnership that Legal & General and Pertemps have developed during the past year.

I did have some concerns as to whether this type of approach using only one supplier, would work with the type of volume recruitment that we would need in Birmingham. However, I am very pleased to say that it is working really well.

We have developed excellent relationships with the staff in the Bennett's Hill branch and they have tried to ensure that any problems are resolved swiftly and effectively. Joy Williams, the Branch Manager, is extremely efficient and professional and has helped smooth the way with our Operations Managers, which is no easy task as they have high demands and standards.

I have found that Pertemps have tried to be creative with solutions to problems and we have worked jointly on several projects e.g. Radio advert; Walkathon; which has been beneficial to both parties. We are already working on our plans for 2005 and I am optimistic that working as partners we will be able to achieve our recruitment plans develop new approaches to recruitment.
