LBM Solutions are the largest independent direct
marketing company in the UK. Due to our extensive
growth, we were approached by Recruitment Moves to
work in partnership with us for the recruitment
of 50 outbound/inbound sales agents for Phase I
of our new Contact Centre in Bredbury, Stockport.
Due to the nature of our business our initial requirement
for 50 agents rose swiftly to around 180 agents
within a two month timeframe.
Recruitment Moves at the outset appeared to see the long term benefit of
a partnership with LBM and at the initial trial tender stage had the
best offering on paper ie best price and most
comprehensive process.
After winning the business Helen Quinn and her
team then proceeded to successfully deliver the
required quality and quantity of staff on the
majority of occasions. Helen was always accessible,
responsive, flexible and provided clear communication
to myself and my team through what was a very
demanding period.
Helen and her team have built up excellent working
relationships and understanding with LBM’s
operational staff which has ensured the businesses
work together effectively. Recruitment Moves’ dedicated
focus and hard work has enabled LBM to successfully
manage this period of growth.
Due to the success of the project, Recruitment Moves have secured the
recruitment for Phase II of our Contact Centre.
